Who doesn’t love great guacamole? It’s a fantastic snack, it’s incredibly versatile, you can add it to your eggs or scramble in the morning, use it as a dip for veggies in the afternoon or you can add it to your dinners.

All the fats from the avocados are nourishing to your body, they help balance your blood sugar, and they help keep your metabolism revved up. All the other ingredients in the guacamole are also very beneficial to your health as they are known to help fight inflammation, boost your metabolism and help with detoxification!

Well, I just finished your book. I felt that it had some really good information and I am excited to try the reboot. Nothing in the book, however, addresses what to do if you actually have diabetes; you know, type I? I have had diabetes for 35 years this July and that makes losing weight difficult due to my insulin intake. I also have RA and Hypothyroidism, most likely Hashimoto's. I can deal with the blood sugar monitoring and insulin adjustments but, your book really needs a plan and a shopping list for the 1st four weeks. That would be ever so helpful. I came to your website hoping to find that here, but if you have it, I am not seeing it. If you do have a shopping list to go with so many of these recipes provided, please let me know where it is. Making my own is even more difficult because I have the Kindle version of your book and can't just go write in the pages and then wag the book to the store with me. Also, I felt like the book had way too many pages of justification for the ideas it presents. I bought the book and therefore, I am already willing to try the dietary changes listed. A few pages of simple reasoning would have worked for me. I ended up doing a lot of skimming. Just my opinion.

Thank you Laura. Please write to [email protected] for additional support for the book. The book, however, while can reverse Type 2 diabetes, is not about Type 1 diabetes which requires a very specific plan. I do not address Type 1 Diabetes on my website, either.
