To all the dads—⁣ The ones who held her To all the dads—⁣

The ones who held her hand through contractions, packed the hospital bag, learned to install the car seat (after five YouTube videos), and showed up with calm and steadiness when everything felt like too much—⁣

We see you.⁣
⁣
You may not have carried the baby in your body, but you’ve carried so much else. The late-night fears. The quiet worries. The weight of love that hit like a tidal wave and remade you from the inside out.⁣

Your role in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum might not always get the spotlight, but it matters. Deeply.⁣

You are a protector, advocate, teammate, and soft place to land.

You've rubbed swollen feet, held newborns so mama could sleep, changed diapers with trembling hands, and offered steady presence in moments of unraveling.⁣

You’ve been changed by this too.⁣

Because fatherhood isn’t just about showing up—it’s about letting yourself be transformed. About meeting the rawness of this moment with presence, humility, and heart.⁣

So today, we honor you. Not for perfection, but for the quiet, life-shifting way you love.⁣

Fatherhood is not a supporting role. It’s an essential one. And we’re so grateful for the way you walk beside—through every cry, every milestone, every messy, beautiful moment.⁣

Happy Father’s Day.

Your daughter’s period isn’t just a monthly ev Your daughter’s period isn’t just a monthly event—it’s a threshold. A sacred opportunity to help her feel safe, supported, and at home in her body. Often in ways we as women were never taught and wished we were!

Whether she’s 11 or 21, just starting or already cycling, these early experiences imprint deeply. They teach her how to relate to her body—and whether she can trust it.

When you meet her with warmth, curiosity, and steadiness, you’re doing more than easing cramps or navigating moods. You’re giving her a language. A lineage. A knowing that she doesn’t have to go it alone.

You’re telling her:

 “You’re not broken.”
 “This isn’t something to hide.”
“You’re allowed to rest, feel, and listen to yourself.”

And that kind of knowing? It sticks.

Sometimes it looks like:

🫖 A warm mug of raspberry leaf tea
🛁 A quiet bath and a soft place to land
🥬 Iron-rich foods that nourish and replenish
🤍 A gentle “How’s your body feeling today?”

These small moments become a foundation. One she’ll stand on for the rest of her life.

Because our work isn’t just to manage symptoms—it’s to guide our daughters back to themselves. To their cycles. Their intuition. Their inner wisdom.

And if you’re on this journey too—from your first period to perimenopause—Hormone Intelligence is a beautiful place to begin.

It’s 2025. So why is women’s health still an a It’s 2025. So why is women’s health still an afterthought in research?

I’m joining in solidarity to say what should no longer need saying:

Women deserve to be seen, studied, and taken seriously.

Because the truth is staggering:

🔬 Until 1993, women weren’t even required to be included in U.S. clinical trials.
💊 Today, most drugs, diagnostics, and treatments are still developed with male physiology as the default.
📊 Only 1 in 3 clinical research participants are women—even now.
🧠 Conditions like endometriosis, PMDD, and perimenopause are wildly under-researched, often misunderstood, and frequently misdiagnosed.

This isn’t just a data gap.

 It’s a care gap.

 It’s a credibility gap.

 It’s a crisis.

Because when research excludes us, care fails us.

➡️ Fertility struggles are dismissed or mismanaged.
➡️ Hormonal disorders go untreated for years—or forever.
➡️ Birth control is handed out as a catch-all “solution” for every hormonal issue, from PCOS to pain.
➡️ Women are told their suffering is “just stress,” “in their head,” or “part of being a woman.”
We end up with:

PCOS, Endometriosis, Autoimmune Diseases and more taking 5-10 years to get diagnosed!

Lack of treatment for conditions because they primarily impact women
Medication side effects because doses are wrong for women and our side effects dismissed

Women are not small men. Our bodies are different. Our hormones fluctuate. Our symptoms present differently. And yet, the system still acts like we’re too complicated to study.

Enough.

We need a new standard: one where women are included from the start—not as an afterthought, not as a checkbox, but as a priority.

This is how we change healthcare.

It starts with better data—and a deeper commitment to listening to women.

Let's hear your voice in the comments!
Antibiotics have long been the go-to treatment for Antibiotics have long been the go-to treatment for bacterial vaginosis (BV)—but for many women, they’re not a lasting solution. The recurrence rate is as high as 60% within a year, often leaving women stuck in a frustrating cycle of temporary fixes, uncomfortable symptoms, and long-term risks to their reproductive health.

But what if the real issue isn't just how we treat BV—but who we treat?

A groundbreaking new study just changed the game. Researchers found that when both partners in a monogamous relationship were treated—women with standard antibiotics and men with both oral and topical antibiotics—BV recurrence rates dropped significantly. After 12 weeks, only 35% of women in the shared-treatment group had a recurrence, compared to 63% of women who were treated alone.

This is more than promising data—it’s a long-overdue paradigm shift.

For too long, BV has been treated as “a women’s problem”—a gynecological nuisance rather than what it really is: a disruption in the vaginal microbiome with systemic causes and sexually transmitted patterns. Up to 30% of women aged 20–50 are living with this imbalance, often without knowing it. And with risks ranging from STIs and abnormal Pap smears to pregnancy complications, this is far more than an inconvenience.

The new findings confirm what many experts have suspected for decades: BV often behaves like a sexually transmitted infection. And it’s time to treat it that way—with education, responsibility, and respect for the full picture.

If you're in a relationship and dealing with recurrent BV, this research is a powerful reminder: healing doesn’t happen in a vacuum. It requires shared understanding, shared effort—and yes, shared treatment.

If you’ve been stuck in the BV cycle—or want to avoid getting there—this is the deeper, more lasting support you’ve been looking for. Visit the link in bio for my holistic, step-by-step protocol to restore your vaginal microbiome and prevent recurrence naturally

Let’s move beyond this outdated model—and toward whole-body, whole-relationship healing. Read the full article at the link in bio and drop your questions below about BV treatment or anything else!
