As the founding owner of Nutrition for Wellness™, Virginia is a vibrant, integrative, and functional dietitian/nutritionist on a mission to enhance the lives of her clients through evidence-based personalized nutrition and lifestyle-wellness guidance. Dedicated to staying at the forefront of integrative medicine, she is constantly expanding her knowledge and services to provide clients with the best support possible. With certifications in functional medicine, mindfulness instruction, life coaching, and a background as a fitness trainer, Virginia offers a holistic approach to minimizing disease and maximizing wellness. Her extensive training includes programs from prestigious institutions like the Women’s Integrative & Functional Medicine Professional Training Program and the Institute of Functional Medicine. As a former course developer and adjunct professor at Maryland University of Integrative Health and New York University, she shared her expertise in integrative and functional nutrition in clinical and educational settings. Through ongoing seminars and symposiums, she stays updated on the latest healing modalities to empower clients toward positive health changes. Outside of her professional pursuits, one of Virginia’s joys is staying active, often incorporating and exploring the beauty of nature.
