After years of working as a doctor in the emergency room, I became frustrated with the practice of medicine. In my personal life, I had found other modalities such as acupuncture and herbalism to be completely transformative for my health. I decided I needed to offer something different to patients and be the doctor that I wished I had.

I practice from a holistic perspective-through the lens of body, mind, spirit, and emotions. Specialized lab testing helps me to get to the root cause of health problems. I then work with my patients to develop a customized lifestyle plan to bring them back to vitality and health. I think the intersection of science and wellness is where healing is most available, and bring my expertise in both of these areas. I am licensed in Colorado and Michigan, and can see patients in either of those states via telehealth.
