About My Practice

Overview

As a board-certified Ob/Gyn for 25+ years, my mission is simple, I want to partner with women to find unique opportunities to improve their health through each stage of life. In the last 10 years, I have focused on an integrative approach to healthcare. My goal is to help each woman address their health issues by addressing lifestyle along with the typical western medicine approach. Healing occurs when women address the following areas: nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, supplements, medications and sometimes surgery. I am so thankful that many women are asking for this approach, including myself, and I have seen so much success. This approach empowers women leading to greater vitality. I am here to learn, listen, teach and walk alongside women as they acquire the tools to make healthier lifestyle choices in addition to offering appropriate medical interventions–basically treat the whole person.
