Bio-Individualized Nutrition and Wellness
Much of my work centers on two questions: how your genes shape the way your body responds to food and nutrients (nutrigenetics), and how the food you eat influences the way your genes function (nutrigenomics). Together, these reveal what “healthy” actually looks like for you — which is often very different from what works for the person next to you.
More than nutrition
Real health isn’t built on food alone. As a certified fitness instructor, yoga teacher, and meditation teacher, I help clients build strength, mobility, and a resilient nervous system through intentional movement, breathwork, and mindfulness. And as a Certified Wellness Coach through the International Association of Wellness Professionals (IAWP), I use proven behavior-change strategies to turn all of this into habits that actually last — with real accountability and support along the way.
My philosophy
There’s no one-size-fits-all path to feeling good. My goal is to give you a clear understanding of your own body so you can work with your biology instead of against it, and make changes that hold up for life.
