Pelvic Roots is a practice where I blend Physical Therapy for the pelvic floor and Bodywork designed for women's health focusing on the breasts, abdomen and pelvic areas with the Integrative Medicine in order to support health through lifestyle and protocols that tale into consideration the whole woman. I've acquired expertise by supporting women through the continuum of their life cycles, especially around fertility – conception – pregnancy and postpartum. My aim is to keep upporting women's health through the connection with their bodies and working with the alignemnt and integrity of the body's posture and tissues combined with all areas of lifestyle that actually make a difference in healing and preventing disease.
