In these programs, we explore whole-person wellness topics such as the relationship between Food and Mood, Social Fitness/ Relational health, the joy of Movement, Stress Management & Resilience, emotional eating vs. physical hunger, connecting with Nature, digital well-being strategies, healthy boundaries, and many other pillars of wellness!
My personal journey was healing from anxiety, so I am particularly passionate about helping women see the central role that stress plays in health. I love supporting my clients in developing a friendlier relationship to their bodies.
