I practice nutrition through a whole-person lens – recognizing that food, mindset, self-care, and connection are all essential to true wellness. As your nutritionist, my job is to listen closely to both your words and your body’s signals, offering guidance, support, and accountability every step of the way. I weave evidence-based nutrition science, mind-body healing, and food-relationship coaching into individualized plans that promote sustainable, long-term change.
My curiosity about the mind–body connection began with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island and deepened through a Master’s in Nutrition Science at the National University of Natural Medicine. This combination of cognitive psychology and nutrition science forms the foundation of my personalized, whole-person approach to care.
With advanced training in functional nutrition, I specialize in supporting digestive health, women’s health, and skin conditions. I’m dedicated to meeting you exactly where you are – helping you uncover the root causes of your symptoms and guiding you with clarity toward sustainable steps that support long-term healing and vibrant well-being..
