Ingredients

  • 15 garlic scapes
  • 1/2 cup of pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4-1/2 cup olive oil depending on how creamy you like your pesto
  • Sea salt to taste not much because parmesan is salty

  • Process until smooth. Enjoy.
