Put everything in the blender EXCEPT the strawberries and cup of water.
Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
Add the water and strawberries.
Blend some more.
It's done. Savor.

Next time I might add a dash of cardamom to warm it up energetically and for that delicious sweet, unusual, magical cardamom flavor. Oh and this would also make an amazing afternoon snack and will definitely hit the spot if you have a sweet tooth.Makes about 1 pint (a serving) and gives you calcium, magnesium, protein, potassium, vitamin C, fiber, and good juju!
