Gala, Granny Smith, or your favorite

Dressing

champagne vinegar or 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Sea salt or Himalayan salt
pepper to taste
Optional: 2 tbsp fresh pomegranate seeds or dried tart cherries or cranberries
unsweetened
Instructions
